The Fir came to the shore years ago when his kin of straight-grain 20’ 2 x12 brethren were more common. Now, a board like that is like trying to find an elf, and the cost… oof. Luckily, the resourceful carpenter “knew a guy” that had salvaged the boards from Sugarloaf Cove Logging Camp and carefully housed them to live and soar again in the mind and hands of someone who has seen a thing or two of neat little buildings, sensible scale, shaping interiors to inspire. Water collection tubs come off three of the roofs in three places... Enjoy!
